Introduction
This user guide is for managers who manage learners on the LMS. For further help please visit ‘Support’ found in the menu on the left hand side.
Logging on to LMS
To login to the LMS visit this url - https://lms.elearningatwork.co.uk/login
You can login using your email address.
If you have placed an order on www.elearningatwork.co.uk you can use the same login details to access the LMS.
If you have received an invitation from eLearning at work, please use this email address to login.
If you have forgotten your password please use this url - https://lms.elearningatwork.co.uk/password/reset or the ‘forgotten your password’ link on the login page to reset your password.

My Courses
To view the courses you are enrolled for, click on the ‘My Courses’ link in the menu on the left.
To view the courses you have available to assign to users, select the ‘Courses’ option in the menu on the left.
If you were expecting to see a course but cannot see it, please contact our Support team.
Taking/continuing a course
To take/continue a course, visit ‘My Courses’ and find the course you want to take or continue. If you are only enrolled for one course then you will automatically be taken to the course page. Click ‘Start Course’ or ‘Continue Course’, this will take you to the course page. You can then select the module to start or continue the courses where you last left it.

Device Compatibility for courses
For the best experience, a Windows or Mac Laptop/Desktop computer with the latest version of Google Chrome is highly recommended.
Other browser and devices, such as iPads, Tablets & Mobile Phones, may not be compatible with some courses and system features. Please get in touch for further advice.
NOTE: Enabling JavaScript and a stable broadband connection are required
Accessing a course certificate
When you have completed a course, you should receive a congratulatory email with a ‘View Certificate’ button that will prompt you to login to the LMS if you aren’t already. Your certificate will be available by visiting ‘My Courses’ and finding the course you want to access the certificate for then clicking ‘View course and certificate’. On the course page, select ‘Download certificate’ and you will then be able to download the PDF certificate and keep it for safekeeping.
When a Learner has completed a course, you will also be able to access their certificate. You should receive an email notification once a learner has successfully completed a course.
To access their certificate, you can navigate to ‘Courses’ from the menu on the left and select the ‘Manage Learners’ icon. This should then display a list of all the learners enrolled on the course - if a learner has completed the course, their status should read ‘Complete’ with the percentage at ‘100%’ and they should have a ‘View Certificate’ icon under ‘Actions’. Select the ‘View Certificate’ icon and this will open the PDF certificate, allowing you to download for safekeeping.
You can also access the learner’s certificate by navigating to ‘Learners’ from the menu on the left and selecting the ‘View’ icon for the relevant learner. When viewing the learner, select the ‘Courses’ option next to ‘Overview’ at the top left - if a learner has completed the course, their status should read ‘Complete’ with the percentage at ‘100%’ and they should have a ‘View Certificate’ icon under ‘Actions’. Select the ‘View Certificate’ icon and this will open the PDF certificate, allowing you to download for safekeeping.
Verifying a certificate
To verify a certificate is valid visit

Enter the certificate number from your certificate to check whether the certificate is valid.
Managing Learners
You can create learners who can then be later assigned to courses. Learners can be setup by either using a username or an email address.
To view your learners click the ‘Learners’ option from the left hand menu.
Creating learners
To create a new learner on the Learner Management page, click the plus icon in the top right hand corner. Learners must have a first name, last name and a username or email address.
If you are creating a user using a username, you will be provided the users password within the confirmation message after the user has been created, please copy this for safekeeping.
If you are creating a user with an email address, the user will receive a welcome email. The email contains a link which expires in 24 hours of the email being sent. You can resend this welcome email using the ‘More’ option on the ‘Learners’ screen next to the user you wish to send the email to.
Updating a learners information
You can update a learners information at any time by clicking the pencil and notepad icon on the ‘Learners’ screen next to the user you wish to update. Alternatively, you can do this by clicking the same icon for the relevant learner from the Dashboard view.
Changing a learners password
You can change a learners password at anytime using the ‘More’ option on the ‘Learners’ screen next to the user you wish to change the password for.
Assigning a learner to a course
To assign a learner to a course, visit the ‘Courses’ page, this can be accessed from the left hand menu.
On the ‘Courses’ page you will see the courses that you have previously purchased.
On the course you wish to assign the learner to, select the ‘Manage Learners’ icon.
Once on the course learners page you can search for the learner you wish to assign by searching for their names. Click on the learner’s name you wish to assign to the course. The user is now assigned to the course and you will receive a confirmation message.
If you do not receive a confirmation message, make sure the user is not already assigned to the course, and that there are spaces available on the course.
If you select the wrong learner when assigning the course, you can remove them from the course by selecting the red cross icon in their row.

Managing courses
Visit the ‘Courses’ page, this can be accessed from the left hand menu.
On the ‘Courses’ page you will see the courses that you have previously purchased. You can view course information by clicking the ‘View course’ icon. You can also view the course information by selecting the same icon for the relevant course from the Dashboard view.

On the ‘Courses’ page you will see the courses that you have previously purchased.
On the course you wish to assign the learner to select the ‘Manage Learners’ icon.
Once on the course learners page you can search for the learner you wish to assign by searching for their names. Click on the learner’s name you wish to assign to the course. The user is now assigned to the course and you will receive a confirmation message.

Re-ordering courses
To reorder more courses click on the ‘Orders’ option in the right hand menu. This will take you to the www.elearningatwork.co.uk website (Where you originally purchased the course). You can then either select the courses you wish to order by browsing the other courses available on the website or reorder a course you’ve previously purchased by logging into the website using the same details you use to log into the LMS. Visit ‘My Orders’ from the menu on the left and then select the basket icon for the course you wish to reorder.
Orders
Your order information is stored on www.elearningatwork.co.uk. You can use the same login information for accessing the LMS and www.elearningatwork.co.uk
